make it up for new year ! 2011

hi ! i am so sorry for posting the nonsense stupid warden entry for my new year month. but the situation forced me too. haha.. i was really upset that i cried so much that day, n the next day, i had to wear my glasses to hide the swollen eyes.

oke, to make up for the new year entry, *macam wajib la pulak kan?* , i just wanna blabber about my new life here. not exactly new, but also can be considered as new.

why, coz i just started my first degree semester. i know, it's kinda lame coz most of my friends had already started theirs since last year. after a very hard going foundation, we all passed~~ luckily.

though my result can't be considered excellent. pretty sad though. but my mom and dad were happy about it, so, it's OK. but still, among my best friends, my result is the lowest.

so, since we are new to degree, we had this two days orientation. very tired for the first two days of the week. we had to spare our ears and listen to the lecturers explaining our course. there was one lecturer, he talked VERY slow, i'm not describing the speed, but maybe he has a very low voice. anyway, the lecturer spoke so much that day, but i felt sorry for him. y? because nobody's listening to him. i tried so hard to listen, but my eyes were so heavy that it was almost closed. practically, there's no joke, no laughter to chase away the sleepiness. but it was really a hectic day.

so the next day, i mean the third day of the week, we had our first class. oMg! i was really surprised with the subject. it's really hard and heavy too. + we have to share our class, n the lecturers are not our favourite. only one is the all time favourite. teehee..

anyway, this semester is all about introduction to linguistic and Literature in English. linguistic? it really is hard. for now, we have to study the formation of english language. can you imagine???????????? urghhh, we have to do a lot of reading, books like mountains!! i have never know how Malay was formed. but now, i have to learn English? of course, i am studying English. *what else u expect to study other than Eng. isk

what i learned for the other two days was all HISTORY. i repeat, history okay!!! ok, i'll brief a lil bit when i study it for the third time by myself, k.

let's move on to literature in english. this is also hard. now, we are learning the theories used to evaluate pieces of work, e.g. short stories, novels, poems n so on. see... oh, this is so much harder than what i used to learn in foundation! of course, in foundation, we learned about grammar and how to write an analytical essay n bla bla bla...

though the class ended quite early, only in the afternoon, BUT, *there's always But* we had to do many things like, self reading like mountain, task, searching, evaluating and so much more. not only that, living in the college means i have to follow every inch rules mention, which i am very bad at. LOL *that's why i got scolded n punished*

anyhow, first rule of breaking the rule is, never get caught. haha.. what a weirdo~~

we are to have tesl night soon, this wednesday. i didn't really get involved in the performance, because i have no character for the performance *luckily and, i only take charge in make-up and perhaps dancing. *my classmates think i know how to dance*

tesl night means BUSY. very busy. huge busy. major busy. you have to prepare for the props, practice, memorizing the script, though i am not the one who's going to do that. in addition, mqa is going to check our files, if not, our degree will not be recognized. that's what mr. lim said. so we had to do our files really great.....

but to me, it means, more money (for the files n copying the notes) n less sleeping time..

i have to re-arrange, reorganized, reprinting, and such~~ so many things to do. we only had 3 classes this week, but my head is already messy. full of things to think about.

it's my lunch time anyway. i am so hungry right now. and after zohor prayer, i'll be going to Jaya Jusco a.k.a. JJ, to buy some baby stuff. it's my friend's cousin who was just borne. gtg, later everyone, thanx for reading. leave some comments perhaps, (optional). :)
