being a teacher

being a teacher is all about the money is it ? well, i saw someone posted the slip gaji of a teacher who teaches in a rural area. well, i must say, that is a big amount of money. but that might changes the perception of people who are going to be teachers. they might wanna go there just because of the highly paid salary given. the passion of teaching might not be there already. 

i mean, even you are not fully teaching the students, you still receive the money monthly, right ? 

for me, to teach is never easy. you might go like bla bla bla bla in front of the students and they might not understand a bit of what you are saying. different strategies must be used, different approaches, different techniques, these must all be taken into consideration. you can't simply just go into class and ask your students to open their textbook and read. that's not the way dude! 

anyhow, i think being a teacher in a rural area is a very challenging task. the hardships of going to school, i mean, we do heard stories of teachers have to go to school by boat and such, but that's not what really matters. what really matter is whether you are successfully educate the students. then only all the money received will be all worth it. don't you think ?
