Breakfast Episode : Potato Soup



Hi guys. Good morning. So here's another breakfast episode for today. 

I woke up ten minutes later than yesterday. Gosh ! Seriously. What's that statement got to do with this breakfast episode? Answer: It doesn't. :D

I just made myself potato soup. It is delicious. In fact, I am eating them right now. Yes my dear, while typing this entry.

So here's the picture.  Took three but feel like uploading only one. Big one! 

Tadaaahhh.. 

If you are dying to know how I cook this, here's the recipe. Plain simple. You just need: 
  • water
  • potatoes
  • garlic
  • salt. 


First, you fry the garlic. Please use little amount of oil. You want your soup to be healthy. 

Then add water. 

Let the water boil first. 

Add potatoes. This is according to how much that can fill your stomach. It varies according to people. Oh, and I used two potatoes. 

Let it soft for a while. In the mean time, you can always do something else like reading newspaper or make yourself a hot chocolate drink or coffee. Whatever suits you.

After it has softened, add a little bit of sugar. Remember, less is more. + it's healthy that way. Don't you think? 


And you are done! Weehoooo...
